Right now, the <a href="http://patrickbaudisch.com/projects/lucidtouch/index.html">LucidTouch</a> research project is using UMPC-sized devices with a hope to move to PDAs and tablet PCs. That blows the doors off any current touch screen.
I wonder what type of touch technology they are using for each side of the screen...

Its still under heavy development, is it not? How could this be coming soon?
