Hi all... I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem.

I have a new Motorola HT-820 BT Stereo headset that works perfectly when it's paired with my laptop (Fujtisu T4210).

When paired with my Eten X500 running WM6 and WMPlayer however, I get the special 'music headset' icon in the top tray and I get great sound, but in mono, not stereo.

Anyone else encountering a similar situation? Is there a setting somewhere to tell the unit to send 'stereo' BT signals?

Thanks.

Found out the problem (thanks to the guys over @ Eten-users.eu) ... there's a registry setting which by default, is set to mono (very strange).

[HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Bluetooth/A2DP/Settings]

Modify, Value name=UseJointStereo; Value data=0 (Decimal, Originally 1)

Once you make the change and soft-reset, we're back to the original stereo image!!
