HTC 6300 or Toshiba G900

I got an Ameo/x7500/Athena of which I'm globally happy.Nevertheless I would like to find something close but a little bit smaller and easier to use as phone.I'm looking for the HTC 6300 and its 3,5" screen as an alternative (no 3G ,no Hspda) using or the new Toshiba G900, a little smaller 3" screen VGA ,but much better connected (3G and Hspda).Any suggestion?
