Everytime I go on Internet Explorer a window pops up saying iexplorer.exe had a problen and needs to close, and two buttons at the bottom of this window say: send error report and don't send. Also happens the same with explorer.exe but thats when i go on Control panel, My computer, My documents ect. When this happens the task bar at the bottom dissapears and reapears 2-3 seconds later. Its happened to me for a long time, and restarting doesn't help at all. There is no way for me to go on Internet Explorer or any Documents or anything using the explorer. Can anyone help me???

Hi MageLord, welcome to PPCT!

It sounds like you need to do a hard reset - unfortunately that entails losing all your onboard data, but it does clear the OS back to factory-state. It might help further if you mention which device you're using and what OS is onboard.

if it is for a ppc, then the hard reset will fix it.

I think the reference to two buttons seems to indicate its on his PDA.

I think the two buttons sound like he/she is describing the silly little "send error report" crash dialog in XP.

Hmm, you could be right. Well MageLord, which is it?
