Soft Input Panel Calculator?

Other than the one included in Resco's keyboard app, does anyone know of a calculator that is in the SIP (Soft Input Panel) / Input Method?

Edit: Just found HiKeyboard. Nice. But $20? And I just want the calculator, not all the rest of it.

http://vgakey.net/ is a nice keyboard with a calculator and has different skins. I think it's 2.99 Euros. If you just want a calculator that is started like a keyboard and pops up in the sip area there is RapidCalc http://www.developerone.com/rapidcalc/
