Windows Mobile 6 upgrade -xv6700?

Does anyone know if there will be a Windows Mobile 6 upgrade for the XV6700?

Officially, probably not. The Apache (of which the 6700s are a varient of) was released in late 2005, and was one of the first WM 5 devices. Unfortunately, that's too old for manufacturers to bother releasing a major upgrade. :roll:

The Windows Mobile 6 platform (otherwise known as Crossbow ) is a completely different platform. The 6700 will not support this, as the entire carrier specifications and customization was based on the Windows Mobile 2005 (MAGNETO) platform.
