Can't synch outlook contacts from desktop to PDA (Acer 310)

I have Activesync 4.5 installed on XP SP2. I can sync files, but not contacts.
I found work around by exporting contact first to vcf card and copying that to the device but it should be possible I think to sync directly.


Any ideas?

Any ideas?Yes, AS will sync contacts, unless you are not using Outlook.

When I look at the sync options, I says that contacts are not installed and the settings button is grayed out.
