I have seen some PPC with a System Tray, with icons as Bluetooth or Wireless.
I have a HP Ipaq RX4540, and this PPC doesn´t show the System Tray.
How I can activate it????

If it isn't there - it's not there. The 'systray' area is set by the manufacturer, not something inherent in the OS. If your PDA doesn't have it, you'll have to look for 3rd party programs that can do this - I'm not aware of any that work with WM5/WM6, though that's not to say there aren't any.
