I thought Opera Mini was for the smartphone, not the pocket pc phone. I though Opera Mobile is for the pocket pc phone.

Can someone correct me on this if I am wrong? Because I want to be wrong.

I think OperaMini will work on any device, as long as the device includes a Java Virtual Machine.

Most Smartphones do, but many PocketPC phones do not (although there are ways to get it)

Your Pocket PC Phone Edition should have a Java midlet manager. Use that to install the midlet (which Opera Mini is - a Java midlet for any phone with Java capabilities). I can even get it working on my pure, non-phone Pocket PC (using IBM's J9).
