Tried to dowload the vga wm5 cab for upgrade but received the 3.1.5 version.

Sktools is a great software including for backup since few releases. What missed me is a more extended command line capabilities and especially for backup.

Tested. All OK. Installed 3.1.6.
Try clear cache of your webbrowser or proxy server.
