Shortcut to Java applications ??

Is there anyway of creating a shortcut to a java application that is in the midlet manager on a ppc. I have Spb pocket plus installed and can shortcut to all typcial ppc programs but I would like to know how to link directly to a java program without running the midlet manager first.

(I know that the midlet manager has to run to use the java applications I just want to make this process "one click")

You would probably have to register that file type to the midlet manager. On a PC you'd get a "open with..& always do the following...dialog" on a PPC you'd need to create those registry keys manually.
How to properly create those key values is not within my scope of skills but at least this tells you where to look. :(
