Do any of you know of a program compatible with the 8525 where the outlook attachments are automatically sent in full to the 8525 during a sync.
I have tried almost everything and even when I click on the attachment on the device the attachment does not sync across to the device.
I have all the corect settings and allowed for attachments up to 400 kb to be synced across.
If there is no way to do this under messaging then is there a 3rd party software that can do this. I have tried flexmail but to no avail.
I would appreciate any suggestions.

Do you have the Activesync options set to synchronize all attachments?
(Tools>Options>E-Mail>Settings> Include File Attachments)
Is it possible that the attachments you're trying to synch are not compatible with Pocket PC applications or versions?

Hi,
I have set activesync to receive all attachments up to 400kb.
All of my attachments are word, excel and pdf format. I have all the necessary programs on my device.
Can you think of anything else.

What exactly happens on your device? Do icons appear, like the attachment SHOULD be there, or does the attachment icon not appear at all? If the icon does appear, what happens when you tap on it? Do you get an error message?
I'm just trying to figure out if it's that the attachment isn't making it to your device or if it's corrupt or incompatible. I assume you're able to open the attachment in Outlook?

Hi Brad. After syncing I click on the attachment and an errror message states that unable to download file as file was not completely downloaded. for some reason the file is not being synced 100% to the device. my previous device was a hp6915 and synced 100% all the time. I now have a htc tytn (hermes). Perhaps this device cannot sync across but hopefully I am missing something. hope this helps and thanks as I need my attachments synced from outlook.
