I would like to have my ppc-6700 sync with both my work exchange (so I dont need a blackberry!) and my personal hosted exchange account that I use. Is this possible? If so, how?

You can only sync with one Exchange server at a time. Now, you should be able to connect to the other Exchange server using IMAP or POP3 if thet have the service enabled.
