I just got an Hx2410 from ebay that came without the cd. What will I be missing that I will need to scramble around for? Thanks
Added: It's got WM 2003SE as far as I know.

The essentials are Microsoft Outlook (not Outlook Express) and ActiveSync. The latter is available as a free download from the Microsoft web site (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/activesync/activesync45.mspx). Note that ActiveSync isn't compatible with Windows Vista, in which case you'll want the Windows Mobile Device Center (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/devicecenter.mspx) (also a free download).

I've downloaded Active Sync 3.8 , which may be what it shipped with. It looks like later versions may be problematic, although I don't always realize that I'm reading old posts. If the unit has had a hard reset, will Outlook be gone? I have an ActiveSync 3.1 disc fro m my Jornada 525, and wonder if that would be of any use to me in regard to Outlook?

ActiveSync 3.8 is fine.

Are you referring to Outlook Mobile on the Pocket PC? If so, no, it's still present.

As long as you don't upgrade to ActiveSync 4.x, you can use your 525's bundled version of Outlook 2000.
