Software to record missed calls

My local operator charges exorbatant rates for VoiceMail, and I always keep my phone on, but sometimes unattended, so I was wondering if there is a software which can record a message if I dont pick up the phone after a while.

I have an HP rw6828 with Windows Mobile 5.
