A report at <a href="http://www.digitimes.com/news/a20070416PD215.html">DigiTimes</a> suggests that the Google Phone is well and truly in existence and that HTC is working with several component manufacturers to deliver it by year-end. But there's a question mark in this post title for a reason. Keep it in mind while you nibble on that grain of salt.
