Dialing from Outlook email or calendar

I have a 8125 - my URL's and phone numbers are not enabled to be clicked and accessed. I had a Smartphone and an old Motorola MXP200 which both had this feature.

Is this not a feature of Mobile Win 5?

I live on con calls and the ability to click on a number from an appointment and dial it without having to rekey it was key in my decsion to purchase the phone.

Thanks Could you post some examples? I've got PI loaded and it does that just fine. I also seem to remember Contacts and Calendar doing that except from the location field in Calendar. I could test it later if you can tell me where this is occurring.
