News and updates:

- "Move Dll" now detect and change registry links for every moved file. This allow you to move as example the big part of .Net CF 2.0 runtime modules

- Extended storage cache size tweak

- "PIM categories": "Create category" menu item and process indicator message added

- Some small fixes
