OK, so perhaps the title of this post is a bit mis-leading - I highly doubt anyone is rejoicing about white papers being released. However, if you're an Enterprise admin or developer, these may be helpful to look at and file away. <br /><br /><li><a href="http://blogs.msdn.com/jasonlan/archive/2007/03/13/new-whitepaper-security-for-windows-mobile-messaging-in-the-enterprise.aspx">Security for Mobile Messaging In The Enterprise</a>. Details on Activesync in both Exchange 2003 Service Pack 2 and Exchange 2007. also how AS and Exchange work in concert with other Microsoft server software.<br /><li><a href="http://blogs.msdn.com/jasonlan/archive/2007/03/13/new-whitepaper-security-model-for-windows-mobile-5-0-and-windows-mobile-6.aspx">Security Model for WM 5 and WM 6</a>. A good overview on security concerns and solutions on both platforms. <br /><br /><br />So lock your office door (or barricade your cube) and engage in some afternoon "research" tomorrow with a few new white papers and perhaps a snack. After all, it's all work related!
