Problems trying to view Microsoft on demand webcasts

Hi Everyone

I have just bought an Ipaq HX 2495 with Windows Mobile 5 installed. I have recently downloaded some Microsoft on demand webcasts which I can view fine on my pc. :idea:

I thought it would be a good idea to put them on my Ipaq so I can watch them on the way to and from work. The problem is all I get when I play them is sound with no video displayed. :cry:

Anybody no what's wrong?? :?:

Hi Simon, welcome to PPCT!

I have a sneaking suspicion that you don't have the correct codec to replay these webcasts. Any idea what format they're in? Your hx2495 has WMP10 Mobile (from flawed memory ;)) so it won't be able to handle newer Windows Media files.

Yeah they are in .WMV format which is the windows media format?
