There's some indication that the marketing model will be different from the typical (for NA anyway) carrier-based hardware-for-contracts proposition. On the whole not much to go on, but oh what fun it is to speculate!

Interesting. Though it looks like it would be fragile. Plus, no Windows OS PROBABLY means no sale for me...
