ActiveSync - Guest Only Mode?

Is there an easy way to configure ActiveSync so that it always does Guest mode? I don't ever need to setup a partnership and I'm constantly getting new devices for work (testing purposes), so I'd like to find a way so that activesync only connects to the cradled device, but doesn't try to sync or setup a partnership. I'm thinking there is a registry tweak that can do this.
