I cannot get this thing to install, either to device or card storage, even when I boot into "safe bode" using Pocket Plus. It goes through the motions but then tells me installation was unsuccessful. :(

Any ideas?

EDIT: Once again, great customer service from Ilium; Kevin sent me several suggestions yesterday and followed up today to find out if I'd resolved the issue. This is why I have three Ilium apps and won't hesitate to buy more. Great products, decent prices and superlative support.
