Questions about hw6515

So I found a 6515 for sale at a good price and was wondering about it. I currently have a Dell Axim and an SDA but could sell both and use the 65xx if it works well. However, does it come with WM2003SE or just plain old WM2003? Also, how big is the screen (in inches and in legibility)?

Do all Cingular 65xx have GPS? Are they easily unlockable?

I'm also wondering about the durability - is it a fragile unit?
