Phatnotes Professional for WM 2002 [Archive]

I'm still using a Journada 567 which is limited to Windows Mobile 2002. I have a license for phatnotes, but I need to reinstall and can't find the install program. Can anyone give me a copy of the trial version of Phatnotes Professional 4.5.3? I'm not asking for the key--I have my own. I just need the install program.
