Sync'ing with Windows Live Hotmail and or Calendar?

I don't use MS Outlook since I can access Windows Live Hotmail products on the web from anywhere... So I was wondering if anyone has info on how to sync the Pocket PC (MS Windows 2003) to Windows Live instead of the default, MS Outlook?
