a little over a year ago my iPaq fell about a foot, landed an my couch, and the lcd broke. (ridiculous)
I haven't yet gotten around to getting it fixed because i wanted to just buy the lcd and replace it myself, rather than send it in to hp. I am now seeking to finally get my iPaq up and running again and what I want to know is; when i replace the lcd, do I need to use the same type as the OEM, or could i get one with a better resolution?
I know that it would need to be the same size, and would probably have to run on the same amount of power, but if there is one that would fit, but is a higher resolution, would I be able to use it?
also, if anyone know of a place where I could find a higher res one that would work that would be great.
