Hi! Some of my files won't play without buffering. How do I eliminate the buffering?
The files are of many media types -- video, mp3, wma. Not all the files need to be buffered; many play fine, but some of them don't. Can't tell the difference between the files that play and the files that don't.

Welcome to Pocket PC Thoughts.
Can you provide some details of a file that requires buffering and a file that doesn't? It's usually the high bitrate, high resolution ones that require buffering. Ensure that it's within reasonable limits for playback on a mobile device.

was away for holidays, sorry. thanks for getting back to me.
have to check the files for the information; will get back to you when i reboot laptop. I should note that one video file played back fine when i did a soft reset. not sure about other files. if you don't see another post, then i've either solved the problem or can be found whimpering on my bathroom floor. Thanks again.
