Need a consultant (US based) for forms on a dell AXIM

Need someone who can make a form (questions with yes no or a small remark) and then get in on my PDA so I can walk around and check vehicles for problems.

Will pay a reasonable rate.

The form questions would be like
"Does vehicle start?" Yes__ NO__ Remarks:

In excell or access and then be able to update a main spreadsheet or data base.

I want the PDA for moble input and a laptop to capture all the data for tracking production.

Do you just want the PDA program, or do you want the laptop program as well? If you also want a laptop program, what OS is it?

Is .NET Compact Framework OK, or do you need it to be a native program?

Are the questions in a file, database or spreadsheet already? Are they all Yes/No?

I'm not sure exactly how much you want to "hand off" to a programmer, but there are pre-packaged software solutions that give the ability to generate a "survey". There are a ton of questions that need to be answered before any work should be started. You may be better off tweaking an availalbe software package.
