Just want to give a quick unsolicited recommendation for the folks at SPB Software. I've been working with them off and on (due to my schedule not their responsiveness which was always within 24 hours) for the last few weeks to get SPB Finance working. Yevgeniy @ SPB stayed with my issue (mine - not an issue with the software) until it was resolved providing excellent customer support (and I wasn't even a customer yet!). Figure I do enough complaining when I don't feel like I'm being treated fairly that I should give a nod when someone has gone above and beyond. Two thumbs up for SPB.
