how to update contact via desktop pc?

i am a new user of pocket pc ( O2 XDA mini S) in india.
i have thousends of contact in my mobile, i need to update thair detail but will take lots of time on PPC.
is there any software available like nokia pc suit or sony pc suit thruogh which i update details of my contact in my PPC.

Welcome to Pocket PC Thoughts.

Because you have a Pocket PC, you can use Outlook to update your contact details. A copy of Outlook should have been bundled with your Pocket PC.

In order to sync data to and from your device, you'll need ActiveSync. That's a free download from the Windows Mobile web site.
