New to Ipaq 3835

I just purchased a used ipaq 3835. I have been looking at the downloads for it but noticed that alot require windows 2003 or 2005. It came w/ 2002. When I looked at microsoft's site to update it, they said 2003 is not available anymore. When I looked into 2005, they didn't list the 3835 in the list that could be upgraded. Please help me get this thing up to date on everything.

Please help me get this thing up to date on everything.Windows Mobile devices have embedded OS'es meaning they are generally not upgrade able unless a device specific update is released. It is possible that you might be able to locate an update to 2003 but it is definitely not upgradeable to Win Mobile 5. In many ways however you might find 2003 to be quite service-able and in some ways even better.

I too have a Ipaq 3835 that was given to me. I replaced the screen and it works like a charm. I just went on ebay a got the windows 2003 update. Installed it and she runs like a champ. The only issue I'm having now is gettig the linksys CF card to work.
