Small PC sofware on PPC, Possible?

First, Is it possible in some way to start/run a smaller PC program on a newer PPC? Any "PC simulator" or something similar?

Not really. There are PC emulators, but they can't run anything complex, certainly nothing for a modern version of Windows. Even old DOS programs would be difficult.

For a decent dos emulator, try here (http://www.pocketdos.com). I read a thread once where somebody got Win95 working, but it was as slow as molasses and had resolution issues.
