SD Card Cleared - ignore_my_docs

My pocketpc has cleared my 1GB card of readable files. The information is still there but I cannot access it either through the pocketpc or my card reader. Does anyone know how to restore this information? the only file I can see is ignore_my_docs which they are obviously obeying.

Hi and thanks for the advice. I had actually already used a program downloaded from the web to do just what you said and I seem to have recovered everything.
