Hello!
From my point of view, the best replacements for your pretty good and well-known iPaq4150 (i had one 2 years ago) are
- ipaq4700 - it's VGA-enabled and has CF slot. The rest staff is the same.
- qtek S200 - it's communicator, but has all the same options (wi-fi, bluetooth, sd + GSM/GPRS module). Also, it has Windows Mobile 5 preinstalled.

BTW, i use know qtek S100 (WM2003SE, no WI-FI), but i'm almost happy with it.

Hope this will help you to choose new device for your needs,
Andrey

if you want the same form factor, then, few models; for example, the Acer n31x or the (otherwise not recommended) rx1950.

So the most important q is: do you want the same form factor? (Size / wieght?) Do you need a phone, BT inside?
