Do you know of a good theme generator software for Mobile 5?

I have a new HP IPAQ and am enjoying it, but really wish there were some options for themes, colors manipulaion of the display as on Windows pc.s. I believe there is software to do it. If you know of a clean one that does not mess up your pocket pc. please tell me.
