is there any gps software for the treo 700w yet for verizon?????

There are a number of Treo 700w-compatible GPS applications (e.g., Pocket Streets, TomTom, Whereis, MapKing, to name a few). You'll still need a separate GPS receiver, though.

I did a bunch of research on this. I ended up with iGuidance and the GlobalSat BT-359W. iGuidance specifically supports the treo, as does CoPilot. I don't have much to compare it with, since this is the first I"ve tried. I do think the software is well done, and I had the opportunity to see their support, which was excellent.

Semsons pricing is unbeatable.

The ability to locate your phone is not the same as having GPS hardware. Some PDA's DO have GPS hardware built in, but the Treo is not one of them.
