I'm looking for a small SDIO Wi-Fi card... I HATE the cards that poke out... yeah sure it "Helps Reception" but it's pretty tacky having that thing poke out.

I have a Mitac Mio A701 and the SDIO slot is on the side of the device with a rubber cover to keep dust/junk out, so having an Wi-Fi card that pokes out bugs...

I read something somewhere that a company called i-View or something like that had a small card that was soon going into production. Anyone know of anything like this?

This is the smallest card currently available. It sticks out by a couple of millimetres. As for something smaller, no news about such a card has come through yet.

Thanks Darius.

I do distinctly remember googling "sdio wifi" or something similar and pulling up a few articles on a card that was the same size as a standard SD card... I can't seem to find ANY of those articles now. Thanks for your reply though. I'll keep searching to see if I can find the card... or maybe I'm just crazy. 8O
