Lyma Design's Pocket Theme Editor and Pocket Wallpaper Generator combine quite a few functions for WM5 - I especially like the ability to save a color set as a scheme à la Windows XP. If you're looking for a decent theme editor, I'm not sure you can go wrong with this.
