While most microSD-capable Pocket PCs and Smartphones support Wi-Fi out of the box, a small minority do not (for example, the HTC Breeze), so this would make a great accessory. If the shots above are any indication (with special attention to the proportion of the size of the grooves on the side of the card), I'd say there's almost zero protrusion.

What I'm wondering is how good a reception you could possibly get - the aerial must be awfully small to fit into that.
