The C510 and C530 feature Samsung S3C2442 300MHz CPUs, 64MB RAM, 128BM ROM, 2.8" QVGA TFT-LCDs, Bluetooth, SiRFstar III chipsets, SD card support, Windows Mobile 5.0, and CoPilot 6. The C530 goes one-up by including Wi-Fi and additional software.
