Enter GadgetApps' WMP Playlist Manager, which supports both Pocket PCs and Smartphones. It's <a href="http://www.gadgetapps.net/">free to download</a>, and all you need is Microsoft's .NET Compact Framework 1.0 or higher. Go get it. :)
