Restrict Programs?

Maybe someone could point me in the right direction for this project I'm working on... I have an ipaq 1950 running Windows Mobile 5 and i'd like to restrict others from accessing specific programs. I'd also like to disable the recent programs list and the calendar/contacts bar on the bottom. Are there settings for these options or do i need to download a program?

I'm not aware of anything that can do what you're asking for other than Spb Kiosk or others like it...

try tweak2k2...it has a couple of security features...u could also just delete any apps in the start menu and just click on them when needed from programs files folder with file explorer.
