I am trialing this service from 4smartphone.com and I have outlook set up but now what? How do I get my ppc (dell axim x51v connected via wifi or tmobile bluetooth cellphone which I already have set up) to "sync" over the air? 4smartphone included zero instructions for setting up the exchange server settings in activesync.

I know some of you use this service, does any one know how I set up my activesync? I cannot get them on the phone as they dont provide a way to call, and no responses to my emails (frankly I dont know why I am bothering with them if this is a sign of thigns to come).

What are the sepcific settings I enter into the eschange server settings of activesync on both my PDA and my PC

I've not used that service, but you basically need to open ActiveSync on your desktop and to go Tools > Add Server Source and enter the server name and details provided by 4smartphone (either on their site or in a Welcome e-mail). Then, you need to enter the same info on your device.

I do know that once you get the info entered, you need to initiate the synch from the device itself.

4smartphone has all the needed information on their website if you have joined. When you login and choose your device it can either send you a link to the downloadable profile, or you can set it up automatically.

They show screenshots and everything... doesn't get much easier.
