It's possible - hideously complicated though. IMHO, it might be better to just get a wifi card for your PC.

As Nurisham has pointed out, you don't want to give it a try. It's possible - with the Pocket PC-based HTTP proxy I've written for this purpose - but you'll only be able to use Web browsers on your PC.
