hrm, you would think with a MOBILE device beta test anyone anywhere could participate since the point being is to be MOBILE.

And for inteller, "evaluate mobile devices that are still under development". The chain isn't very long on those devices :)

Nah. they must physically burn new ROMs for you (no way these installers will be allowed on any non-MS controlled machine) and they often interview you one on one to get more out of the feedback, something that requires personal contact.
