The hipi-2200 is the next generation in integrated dual mode handsets. Utilizing the proven VoWLAN / GSM dual-mode voice technology, the hipi-2200 adds the Windows Mobile 5.0® operating system to further expand the usability and functionality of this extremely versatile handset."

Not a bad looking device, if you ask me! The dual-mode means you can use it both as a cellular device and as a Voice-over-IP device (so it's good AND good for you). Specs include Windows Mobile 5.0, 176x220 TFT LCS, 2MPix camera, quad-band GSM, 802.11g WLAN receiver, SIP-based VoIP support over WLAN. Alas, the two warts that I imagine will have most people screaming "WHY?" is the T-Flash memory slot and (even worse) the lack of 3G support (GPRS only... no EDGE).

Don't blame me. I had nothing to do with it. ;)
