(HP) Tuesday announced that Chief Executive Officer and President Mark Hurd will replace Patricia Dunn as chairman, and that board member George Keyworth has resigned, effective immediately."</i><br /><br />For those that haven't kept up with it, HP's board has been plagued with leaks in the past few years and Chairman Patricia Dunn decided find out where the leaks were coming from. She engaged in a number of activities that many say are illegal in California. I expect criminal charges to be filed in the coming months. Of course, Dunn's major defense thus far has been she hired a third party that hired another third party and they were doing the illegal stuff, things which Dunn never would have approved of. We'll see how that holds up in court. Similar defenses by Ken Lay and Bernie Ebbers didn't hold up so well.

Whow! The subject sounded like our very own jason DUNN was resigning from PPCT. What a disaster that would be :D

Thankfully, after re-reading, the real DUNN was obvious...

If I was Chairman of the HP board, I could actually get review devices!
