Network Analyzer for Windows Mobile facilitates the troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, and can be extended through user-defined tests (DLLs)."</i><br /><br />The Network Analyzer PowerToy sounds like just the ticket for testing network problems - unlike many other tools, it'll analyze any type of connection and is more powerful than <a href="http://www.cam.com/vxutil.html">vxUtil</a>, Cambridge Computer's freeware utility that does much the same thing.
