Oultook Mobile messaging question

In Mobile Outlook Messaging, Text messaging, I click New, type out the name of the recepient, choose from the auto-fill suggestions. Using the keyboard, how do I switch from the To: field into the message body without having to tap the screen?

I have tried pressing TAB, space, Enter ... but none switch fields, so I end up having to press into the body area with my finger or stylus.

Is this just an oversight?

PS. I should add that I am using HTC Universal with Windows Mobile 5.0 Phone Edition.

Doesn't the DOWN arrow move to the next field, or am I remembering incorrectly?

Unfortunately, the down arrow simply scrolls the page - and doesn't move the cursor to the field below. This is a massive oversight - they should have just copied Palm OS Treo messaging button functionality, where direction keys move the cursor between fields for simple one handed operation!
